Terms of Service

Last updated: 27 October 2026

The short version. Daily Health Tracker is a personal health diary, not a doctor. Your data stays yours: you can export it or delete it whenever you like. It is a small, independently run service, offered as it is.

1. What this is

Daily Health Tracker (dailyhealthtracker.app) is a web app for keeping a daily diary of food, supplements, symptoms, sleep, movement and other health information, and for seeing patterns in it. It is run by Maarten Wiersma ("I", "me"). By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy.

2. Accounts

3. Not medical advice

The app records what you enter and shows it back to you, with summaries, scores and charts. None of this is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a treatment recommendation, and the app is not a medical device. Patterns in a diary can be coincidence. Talk to a doctor before changing your diet, medication or supplements because of something you saw here. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Your data

5. Fair use

Use the app for your own health diary. Do not try to access other people's data, break or overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful.

6. Connected services

If you connect another service, such as an Oura Ring, you do so at your request and that service's own terms apply to it. The app only reads the data you approve. You can disconnect at any time.

7. Availability and changes

This is a small, independently run service. I work to keep it running and your data safe, but I cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors. Features may change over time.

8. Fees

Using the app is free unless a fee has been agreed with you separately in writing.

9. Liability

The app is provided free of charge and as it is. To the extent the law allows, I am not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on what the app shows. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, or where the law does not allow liability to be limited.

10. Ending

11. Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, you will be told before the change takes effect. If you do not agree, you can export and delete your data.
